Here are the priciest Chicago listings from last week
The Near North Side offered all five of last week’s most expensive Chicago listings, totalling $33.2 million.
Topping the list are four pre-war designer homes, three with modern renovations, one presenting an unconventional pitch as a multi-million-dollar fixer-upper. Built in 1891, the secluded single-family home has been approved for modern renovations by the Commission of Chicago Landmarks.
The sole 21st century-built listing is a renovated condo in Park Tower on the Magnificent Mile.
