Three listings at two of the most desirable addresses in the city hit the multiple listings service in the last week. The two priciest units to go to market are resales at the Waldorf Astoria at 11 E. Walton Street, with a combined asking price of $11.75 million. A two-bedroom unit at No. 9 Walton priced at $3.3 million rounded up the Walton Street condo listings.

This 40th-floor condo unit at 11 E. Walton St. — better known as the Waldorf Astoria, and formerly The Elysian — last sold for $5 million in 2016. There are two large terraces and a home theater could be converted into a fourth bedroom. It also comes with a garage spot and a valet spot.
