Ken Griffin sold another one of his luxury condos.

The billionaire hedge fund manager, who announced this summer that he and his firm would be leaving Chicago for Miam, found a buyer for one of his four Chicago condo properties, the Chicago Tribune reported. The Park Tower unit was last listed for $13.25 million.

Days after announcing that Citadel would move its headquarters from Chicago due to the city’s crime, Griffin listed three condo units for sale. The properties included the 8,000-square-foot full-floor condominium on the 66th floor of Park Tower, as well as a 9,250-square-foot full-floor unit on Park Tower’s top floor asking $15.75 million and a Waldorf Astoria unit that was listed for $11.5 million. A few weeks later he listed his fourth condo, a 7,085-square-foot unfinished unit on the 35th floor of the building at 9 West Walton Street.

Because the sale of the Park Tower unit hasn’t been finalized, it’s not yet known how much Griffin will lose on the transaction. The listing price was already lower than the $15 million Griffin spent on the unit in 2012.

The deal marks the second of Griffin’s four listings to sell. Back in October, he sold his five-bedroom, 7,400-square-foot full-floor condo on the 37th floor of the Waldorf Astoria for $10.2 million. The deal was another loss for the billionaire, who spent $13.3 million on the unit in 2014.

The 66th-floor Park Tower unit was marketed as raw space. Griffin, who previously used the 67th-floor unit in the same building as his permanent residence, bought the second unit 12 years after the first with plans to expand. He never did and the unit, which has 13-foot ceilings and 550 square feet of outdoor space, sat incomplete.

Susan Miner of Premier Relocation was the listing agent for the Park Tower unit.
