Movers & Shakers: CBRE hires two senior vice presidents & more

Butters Realty & Management adds new vice president of industrial brokerage services

CBRE hired Keith Edelman and Scott Goldstein as senior vice presidents in the Miami office. Prior to joining CBRE, both Edelman and Goldstein were executive managing directors at Colliers International.

Brown Harris Stevens Miami added five agents to its Miami Beach offices: Andres Morales, Beatriz ‘Cecilia’ Mendez, Angelina Williams and Esha K. Desaiy joined the brokerage’s Sunset Harbour office. Pedro Henrique Sousa Azevedo joined the firm’s Continuum office.

Matthew Elliott and Victor Olaniel joined The Corcoran Group’s Julian Johnston team. The two agents were previously with Engel & Völkers.

Ryan Goggins was promoted to vice president of acquisitions, leasing and marketing at Sunbeam Properties. Goggins previously served as director of office and industrial services at Colliers International.

Marcus & Millichap promoted Aaron O’Connor to first vice president of investments. O’Connor joined Marcus & Millichap as an agent in 2012.

Paul Shooster joined Butters Realty & Management as vice president of industrial brokerage services. Shooster will work out of Butters’ headquarters in Coconut Creek.

Commercial Industrial Association of South Florida announced new officers and board members. Sebastian Juncadella was elected president after serving as vice president. Traci Miller will join Juncadella as vice president; Stephanie Rodriguez as secretary; and Erin Byers as treasurer.
