Douglas Elliman tapped two agents to join the brokerage: Thor Brown in Palm Beach and Lana Bell in Bay Harbor Islands.

Brown has worked on deals totaling more than $150 million over the past year and a half, according to a release. He’s active in high-end markets in Palm Beach County, including the eponymous island, Manalapan, Delray Beach and Jupiter. Bell has sold more than $150 million over the past two years.

RE/MAX Advance Realty acquired an eight-agent office in Davie, called RE/MAX Integrity, bringing the brokerage’s total to 184 agents in seven offices. Broker/owner Christopher Ricci joined Advance Realty as well.

Tester Construction Group, a construction firm based in Philadelphia, is expanding to South Florida. TCG Florida recently signed a lease for its new headquarters in Fountain Square.

Native Management hired Alex Jones as senior property manager. Prior to joining Native Management, Jones worked for Equity Residential, Mill Creek Residential Trust and RKW Residential.

Jorge Moros was promoted to executive vice president and regional director at Plaza Construction’s Miami office. He was previously vice president and corporate director of business development and marketing.

CP Group tapped Elena Villarreal Daniel to be the company’s first director of environmental, social, and governance (ESG). She was previously vice president of ESG and corporate affairs for CenterPoint Properties.

Skanska promoted three executives in its Florida building division. Mandy Weitknecht was promoted to vice president of business development, and Nelmarie Bowe and Brian Peterson are now project executives.

Centennial Bank brought on Fred Venerin and Eugene Font as senior vice presidents/commercial loan officers covering the Southeast Florida region.

Font was a senior vice president of Apollo Bank, where he managed a $90 million portfolio of commercial real estate and construction loans. Venerin was previously with Ocean Bank, Regions Bank, City National Bank of Florida and Wells Fargo.
