The owners of the restaurant Sfoglia have opened a retail location called Tutto Sfoglia at 135 East 92nd Street. Pod Café has opened in the lobby of the Pod Hotel, at 230 East 51st Street, where another restaurant, Montparnasse, recently closed. Oceana will relocate from its 55 East 54th Street location to a space near Rockefeller Center. La Cense beef truck is slated to make its first appearance by the end of the week at 46th Street and Park Avenue. Landmark eatery Armando’s at 135 East 55th Street will reopen in August. The owners of Rare Bar And Grill On Bleecker Street will open a burger joint on West 26th Street between Sixth and Seventh avenues. Australian eatery Tuck Shop will open a second location at 115 St. Marks Place in the East Village. Construction has begun at the former Sheridan Square space at 138 Seventh Avenue South in the West Village. Women’s clothing designer Gary Graham will open his first free-standing store at 176 Franklin Street, between Greenwich and Hudson streets in Tribeca. Cocktail lounge Ward III will open tomorrow at 111 Reade Streetbetween Broadway And Church Street in Tribeca. A fourth location of Vietnamese spot Baoguette is set to open in the former Klatch spot on Maiden Lane in the Financial District.
 
In Brooklyn, a Jonathan Adler home furnishings store is coming to 378 Atlantic Avenue in Downtown Brooklyn. A new deli is slated to open at 336 Myrtle Avenue in Fort Greene. A new Duane Reade is coming to the ground floor of the Northside Piers condo building in Williamsburg. A restaurant with musical entertainment will open on South 4th Street between Wythe and Kent avenues in Williamsburg. The owners of Cendrillion will open a Korean restaurant, Purple Yam, at 1314 Cortelyou Road in Ditmas Park. In East Hampton, Blue Parrot has opened for business.
 
As these locations open, others are shuttering. Japanese grocery store JAS Mart at 2847 Broadway between 110th and 111th streets closed on Saturday. Thai spot Wild Ginger has shuttered at 360 Broome Street. LouLou’s French restaurant at 222 Dekalb Avenue in Fort Greene has shuttered due to the owners’ inability to pay rent. TRD
