Jersey City condo auctions off first units

Fields Development Group and TreeTop Development, developers of the Saffron, will be auctioning off the first nine of the 76 units in the new Jersey City condominium during a one-day-only auction event Nov. 8 at the Westin Jersey City at 479 Washington Boulevard. Bidding will start at $175,000 for the one- and two-bedroom units and a 2 percent discount will be given to buyers who close within 15 days of the auction. Units in the building range from 675 to 1,000 square feet and amenities include an outdoor courtyard, fitness center and rooftop deck. TRD
