The Blue Moon Hotel has relisted with YGNY realty, and the going price is still $19 million.

The hotel has been on the market for the current price for more than a year. The property, which is located at 100 Orchard Street, has been on the hunt for a new owner for about a decade.

Apparently, the language on the listing took its cues from a 2006 version, stating “this is prime opportunity for a hotel user; they can also use it for selling time-shares, or turn it into a condo hotel. The property would also make a great bed and breakfast opportunity, for an institution as school or an opportunity to piece together a series of galleries in one space on a historic museum block.”
