Kim Tasher’s SKF Development is planning to bring another residential building to the Bronx, this time with 71 units in the Belmont neighborhood.

The company filed plans with the city’s Department of Buildings on Tuesday for the eight-story building, which will span about 55,000 square feet. This will be split between about 46,000 square feet of residential space, about 8,000 square feet of commercial space and 699 square feet of space for a community facility.

SKF acquired a 99-year ground lease on the property last January in a $45 million deal. The site is currently a vacant lot.
