A 2-year-old retail center in southwestern Fort Worth just changed hands.

Oklahoma City-based Mazaheri Properties has acquired the Shops at Chisholm Trail Ranch, from seller Dallas-based Street Level Investments, according to the Dallas Morning News. Financial terms of the purchase were not disclosed.

The 200,000-square-foot retail center is part of Chisholm Trail Ranch, a 600-acre master-planned community. The land where it sits, along Chisholm Trail Parkway, was entirely rural until it was acquired by Walton Global six years ago for $1.4 billion.

The Arizona-based Walton Global sold off the last tract, 625-acres, to builders Meritage and Trophy Signature Homes in January. Over the summer, Titan Development and Aberg Property Company broke ground on a 284-unit multifamily complex in the master-planned development called the Trailhead at Chisholm Trail Ranch.

The retail center is more than 97 percent leased. Notable tenants include Studio Movie Grill, Ulta, Old Navy, Ross, Marshalls, Tuesday Morning, Five Below, Famous Footwear, Pet Supplies Plus, and Crumbl.
