A $16 million retail center is on its way to a suburb north of Austin next year.

Danly Properties plans to build a retail center on 16 acres in Cedar Park, at the northwest corner of Whitestone Boulevard and Bagdad Road.

The development is planned as seven buildings spanning 73,400 square feet. Construction is expected to start in April, according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
The 30-year-old, Austin-based Danly Properties holds multiple shopping centers in Central Texas — including the Pads @ 1890 Ranch in Cedar Park — with tenants like Spec’s, Golds Gym and OrangeTheory, according to its website.
