Led by mother-son duo Mayi and Daniel de la Vega, Miami-based One Sotheby’s capitalized on the hot market that continued its pandemic-fueled growth through most of last year, before cooling off in the summer. One Sotheby’s has been in growth mode, acquiring brokerages and broker teams alike. The brokerage now spans 30 offices and has 1,300 agents.

Daniel de la Vega confirmed One Sotheby’s remains on its expansion path, but is holding off on more brokerage acquisitions until later in the year.
