This week’s Movers & Shakers is all about movement at the top.

In West Palm Beach, Kast Construction announced eight new partners: Sean Ouellette, COO; Alex Cervera, west and central Florida vice president of operations; Sean Martin, Southeast Florida vice president of operations; Neil Levy, Miami vice president of operations; Michael MacDonald, Southeast Florida senior vice president; Modesto Millo, Miami senior vice president; Kristine Retetagos, west and central Florida senior vice president; and Jim Rhinehart, market sector diversification vice president, according to a press release.

Kast was founded in 1998. CEO Mike Neill has led the company since 2011, LinkedIn shows. The new partners are all longtime Kast employees, and the company referenced adding more “brainpower into the boardroom” as a motivation to elevate them.

Elsewhere in Palm Beach County, Wellington-based Bainbridge Companies hired Gail Ruggles as executive vice president of operations, according to a press release. She joins the multifamily firm from her role at Atlanta-based Radco Residential, where she was senior vice president for a year and a half, LinkedIn shows. In her new role, Ruggles will oversee Bainbridge’s management portfolio.

Colliers added another vice president to its Boca Raton office, Marc Fechter, according to a press release. Fechter will focus on office services in his new role. He comes to the firm from a three-year stint as a managing director with Savills North America, according to LinkedIn.

Fechter is the third South Florida vice president hired by the Toronto-based commercial real estate giant this year. Colliers also brought in Sam Azar and Ana Paula as vice presidents in the Miami office.
