Continuum tops Miami-Dade weekly condo sales 

Miami-Dade County’s condo sales took a nosedive last week, as the Continuum South Beach claimed the priciest and second-priciest sales.

Brokers closed 137 condo sales totaling $109 million from Mar. 18th to Mar. 25th. The previous week, brokers closed 183 condo sales totaling $185 million.

Last week’s units sold for an average of $793,404, lower than the $1 million sale price average from the previous week. The average price per square foot fell to $599 from $602, according to data from Redfin.

For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $2.3 million to $6.3 million. 

Continuum’s North Tower, at 50 South Pointe Drive in Miami Beach, clinched the priciest and second-priciest sales last week.

Unit 1805 traded hands for $6.3 million — or $3,892 per square foot. Inga Boutboul and Anthony Kilshtok, both with One Sotheby’s International Realty, had the listing for the top sale. Hayley Dodge, with Compass Florida, represented the buyer. The unit sold after 34 days on the market.

Only about a half-million dollars behind, unit 2305 closed after 61 days on the market at $5.8 million, or $3,088 per square foot. Mick Duchon and Eloy Carmenate with Corcoran had the listing. Jill Hertzberg with the Jills Zeder Group at Coldwell Banker Realty represented the buyer.
