The organization filed plans Wednesday with the city’s Department of Buildings for the 13-story, 135-foot project at 2050 Grand Concourse in Mount Hope. The project will be split between 55 supportive housing units for single adults, 23 units for low-income households, 14 units for moderate-income households and one superintendent’s unit.
