Nicole Kushner Meyer and her husband, Observer Media chairman Joseph Meyer, are out on Lenox Hill.

The couple sold their 4,000-square-foot duplex at 812 Park Avenue for $10 million, or $2,500 per square foot, according to public records.

Kirk Sommer, the co-head of music at talent agency WME, and his wife, former journalist and co-founder of a children’s jewelry line Chloe Sommer, scooped up the co-op, which listed for $11.5 million in September.

Adam Modlin of the Modlin Group had the listing. The couple purchased the co-op in 2013 for $8.5 million.

The four-bedroom, five-bathroom duplex occupies the fifth and sixth floors of the pre-war building. It has a formal gallery, marble flooring, wood-burning fireplace, wood-paneled library and eat-in kitchen with high-end appliances.

Kushner Meyer is the daughter of Kushner Companies founder Charles Kushner and sister to Jared Kushner. She left her decade-long career in the fashion business to join the firm in 2015, and she was named president of the company in 2021, following Laurent Morali’s promotion to CEO.

Kushner Companies valued its real estate holdings last year at about $15 billion, and its portfolio includes the Puck Building in Nolita and the residential towers at One Journal Square in Jersey City.

The New York-based firm has also shifted its focus to developing its South Florida portfolio. Last May, the company became a 50-50 partner in a multi-family project in Miami Gardens, joining Immocorp Capital’s planned mixed-use development near the Hard Rock Stadium.

Lenox Hill remained a busy corner for New York City’s luxury residential market through the end of last year and in recent months, despite interest rate hikes and economic uncertainty deterring buyers in bulk.

The neighborhood claimed three of the top 10 priciest home sales in 2022, according to The Real Deal research, the only enclave aside from Billionaires’ Row to make the list.
