Brokers are hoping the buzz from the final season of HBO’s “Succession” brings buyers for homes tied to the popular series.

The latest one to list is a penthouse at 200 Amsterdam Avenue in the Upper West Side, the New York Times reported. The apartment was featured in an episode this season as the home where Roman Roy mindlessly brushes his teeth after a plot twist.

The four-bedroom duplex, priced at $38 million, has four bathrooms and 6,300 square feet. The apartment takes up the entire 49th and 50th floors of the building, developed amid controversy by SJP Properties and Japan’s Mitsui Fudosan. There’s also a terrace and access to the building’s amenities, which include a 75-foot saltwater pool.

Brown Harris Stevens’ Daniella Schlisser has the listing.

In February, another penthouse in the 52-story building fetched $21 million in an all-cash deal that closed at 10 percent below ask. At the time, the condominium had sold 66 percent of its inventory, generating $530 million, according to Marketproof. The projected sellout is $950 million.

In line with the motifs of the hit television series, the building was the subject of a lawsuit that paused sales. An appeals court sided with the city and developer in 2021, overruling a judge who had ordered the top 20 stories removed.

Opportunities for wealthy buyers to own some of the ritzy digs seen on “Succession” run from coast to coast.

Earlier this year, another one of the homes fictionally belonging to Roman had its asking price slashed from $25 million to $22.5 million. The 11,000-square-foot townhouse at 357 West 17th Street languished on the market with its previous owners, too.

On the Upper East Side, a 50th-floor penthouse apartment listed last year for $33 million has been marked down to $29.5 million. Visitors may recognize the home at DDG’s 180 East 88th Street as a safe place for Kendall Roy to get emotional this season.

Brokers in the “Succession” real estate universe are banding together in some cases, although not as deviously as the plotting characters on the show. The brokers at 200 Amsterdam Avenue and 180 East 88th Street, for instance, are conducting an open house doubleheader.
